Terms of Use
1. Products
ZeroFX sells digital licenses for audio software: GrandTwin, GrandGate and GrandCab, as well as the Guitar Bundle that includes all three. The software is a 64-bit VST3 plug-in for Windows.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is one-time and is processed by our payment partner LavaTop on its secure checkout page. ZeroFX does not receive or store your card details.
3. Delivery
After the payment is confirmed, the license key appears on the site and is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Installers are available on the Downloads page. There is no physical delivery. A Guitar Bundle purchase includes a separate license key for each plug-in.
4. License
The license is perpetual and personal. It allows you to use the software on your own computers within the activation limit stated in the product documentation. You may not resell, share or publish license keys, distribute the software, or circumvent its licensing.
5. Updates
Updates within the purchased major version may be provided free of charge unless stated otherwise for a specific product. Future paid major versions do not affect the license you already own.
6. Demo versions
Demo versions are provided for evaluation before purchase. Please make sure the software works on your system before buying.
7. Refunds and support
For questions about payment, license keys, activation or refunds, contact support@zerofxaudio.com and include your order email and date. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
