1. What we collect

The email address you enter at checkout; order details such as product, amount, date and payment status; license activation data needed to validate your license; and technical request data such as IP address and time.

2. Why we use it

To process your order, deliver and restore license keys, handle activation and deactivation, provide support, and prevent abuse of licenses.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by LavaTop. ZeroFX does not receive or store card data. LavaTop processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to process payments and deliver licenses, or when required by law.

5. Storage and your rights

We keep data for as long as needed to provide licenses and support. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@zerofxaudio.com.
